Founded by Chris Kay in 2005, Old Coast Landscape has spent the last decade enhancing the American Riviera's stunning homes and estates.

Chris, a lifelong Santa Barbaran, has spent the last 15 years in the landscape business discovering all the creative opportunities available within our remarkable mediterranean climate. His creativity and experience coupled with his dedicated team allows Old Coast to artfully bring your landscape vison into stunning reality.
